Joyce also held a special place in her heart for a family friend Bettina Hart (Mike) and children Timothy and Spencer. She continued to be a vital influence with Murray’s entire family, attending milestone accomplishments, dinners, get-togethers often and day-trip excursions. She will be so very missed by the Bradley/ Parr families. Joyce at a young age and upon graduation from the Petrolia Business College became employed by the Oil Well Supply Company. She continued her employment there well into her 80’s. Joyce was highly respected as a diligent office administrator and a great asset to the running of the oil drilling business. She was a devoted and faithful member of St. Philip’s Catholic Church, regularly attending mass, and assisting with the administering of the Holy Eucharist to fellow believers who were not physically able to attend Mass. Joyce was well loved for years by her three Amigo friends Joyce, Vivian, and Betty. Over her lifetime Joyce endured the loss of many near and dear to her, most recently her niece Peggy Holmes only a few months past. Joyce was a model of courage and perseverance and inspired many with her determination and positive outlook. Her funeral mass will be celebrated this Friday May 20, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Philip’s Parish, 415 King St. Petrolia, with internment following in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wyoming.
