WAGNER, Lyle, 75 years, of Wiarton and formerly of Oil City on Friday, July 23, 2010 at Grey-Bruce Health Services – Wiarton Hospital. With great sadness in our hearts Lyle entered in to heaven. Lyle fought a courageous battle with cancer for Twelve and a half years. Lyle was the son of the late Mildred Bridges and Charles Wagner. Beloved husband of the late Anne (nee Shain) (2004). He is survived by his children Brian and Colleen Wagner of Oil Springs, Bernie and Cindy Wagner of Wiarton, and Kim and John Limb of Petrolia and was predeceased by the late Blair Wagner (1964). Loving grandfather of Jennifer and Bill Stephenson, Chad (Whitney) Wagner, Wade Wagner, Cody, Cory and Alicia Wagner, and Kyle, Darian, and MacKenzie Limb and great grandfather of Brice, Olivia, Carly, and Brogan Stephenson and Kylie Wagner. He is survived by his brother and sisters Barb and Bill McNeil of Owen Sound, Joanne Wagner of Sarasota, Florida, Glenn and Betty Wagner of Sarnia, Sylvia and Allan Knight of Corunna, Pat and Gerald Dawson of Oil City, and Lynne and Ross Howes of Wyoming. Visitors will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Rachel Mallard Trust Fund.
