At C.E.E. Hospital Petrolia, on Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Wayne King, 66 years, of Wyoming and formerly of Wallaceburg. Wayne was survived by Mickey, his children Dean King and Lori Brewer, Tracy King, Tina Wadman and Mike Williams, Jason King and Kristel Jutte, Terry and Tanya King, and Shellie, and his grandchildren Zachary, Tyra, Joshua, Emily, Sophia, Jacinda, Melody, Liberty, Annie, and Arica. Wayne was predeceased by his parents Edgar and Rose King and his brothers Don, Edward, and Bob. Wayne was retired from the Wallaceburg Police Department after 24 years of service and served with the Canadian Forces as a peacekeeper in Cyprus and Germany and as a paratrooper and with the Military Police. Visitors will be received on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday 12:00 to 1 p.m. at the WYOMING CHAPEL, Broadway St., Wyoming where a funeral service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Ena van Zoeren officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, the Salvation Army, and Teen Challenge.
