Jean was predeceased by her parents, Alfred (1960) and Druscilla (1938) Alderton and a brother, George Alderton (1988). She is survived by a nephew, David Alderton Sr. of Sarnia and his children, Laura Alderton, Margaret Greaves, Lisa Kernohan, David Alderton Jr., Michael Durston and their mother, Norma Durston. Visitors will be received at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, Petrolia, on Saturday, March 3, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., when the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Allan McKeown officiating. Interment in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the C.E.E. Hospital Foundation (Continuing Care).
