Peacefully at Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia on Monday, June 7, 2010. Ruth Irving (nee Habkirk), 84 years, of Petrolia and formerly of Sarnia. Ruth was a loving wife to the late John “Jock” Irving (2000). She will greatly missed by her son Wayne and his wife Cathy Irving of Petrolia, her...
daughter Carol and her husband Morgan Turney of Winnipeg, and her grandchildren Philip and Jody Irving and their children Joel and Myia, Kelly and Mike Mann and their son Hayden, Leighann and Ian Marshall and their sons Liam and Aidan, and Jay Turney. Visitors will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Hillsdale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Parkinson Society Canada (www.parkinson.ca) or a charity of your choice.
