CABLE
JANE (JEAN) CABLE, 81 years, a resident of Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia, passed away at her residence, on Friday, September 26, 2003. Predeceased by her loving husband, Frederick in 1983. Dear mother of Lucky Cable and Joyce of Chatham, Betty Moore of Bright’s Grove, Linda Douma...
and Denis of Cochrane and Mike Cable and Tina of Timmins. Jean will be missed by grandchildren, Tom Moore and Maria of R.R.#2, Grand Bend and Holly Moore of Oil Springs; great grandsons, Alexander and Fraser Moore of Grand Bend. Also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law in Canada. Sisters, Jessie Ross, Betty McAnally and brother, Ian Murray, along with many others will mourn her back in Scotland. Jean, a Scottish war bride, arrived in Halifax aboard the Queen Mary with two small children to join her husband, in 1946. She lived in Cochrane for 55 years. Jean will be buried in Cochrane Civic Cemetery, on Tuesday, September 30, 2003. As expressions of sympathy, friends who wish, may make memorial donations to the Huron House Boys Home, Bright’s Grove or the Memorial Gardens Fund at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia and may be arranged by calling the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia at 882-0100.
