O’HARA; William Ross It is with deep sadness, that the family of WILLIAM (BILL) O’HARA, of Petrolia, announce his passing at University Hospital, London, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, November 21, 2009, in his 78th year. Loving husband of Lois (nee Bradley). Caring father, grandfather...
and great grandfather to Janice and Jack Gray of Singapore and their children, Matthew and Kaitlin, Debby and Paul Lassaline of Inwood and their children Mike and Laura Lassaline and their children, Lilly and Jacob, Jordan and Adam Lassaline, Dan and Sandy O’Hara of London and their children, Jenna, Lucas, Patrick and Taylor, Terry and Ginni O’Hara of West Bloomfield, MI and their children Mitchell and Zachary and John and Stacie O’Hara of Oakville and their children, Ryan, Sage and Egann. Dear brother of Albert and Pansy O’Hara, Beatrice and Joe Hands, and the late Ruth (1987) and Ernie Bailey (1984) and the late John O’Hara (2005). Dear brother-in-law of Bruce and Betty Bradley, Earl and the late Donna Bradley (2008) and Elaine and Andy DeHaan. A dedicated farmer, Bill devoted his life to his family and community. He will be forever missed. Visitors will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Petrolia, on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Robert M. Gibson officiating. Interment of cremated remains will be in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the St. Paul’s United Church Memorial Fund.
