At Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia, on Sunday, July 24, 2005. Hazel (Metcalfe) Janes (nee Sinclair), 100 years, formerly of Sarnia and Wyoming. Beloved wife of the late C.E. (Zeb) Janes (1984) and E.F. (Ned) Metcalfe (1956). Dear mother of Mary Jane Bice and the late Norm (2004) of Sarnia...
and Frances Wellington and the late Jim (2001) of Wyoming and the late John Metcalfe (1989) and his wife Marie of Wyoming. Dear sister of the late Alex Sinclair and the late Margaret (West) Claypole. Dear step-mother of Calla Janes of Toronto and Merry and Jerry Pink of Nanaimo, B.C. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Visitors will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wyoming Chapel, Broadway St., Wyoming, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Kelvin Toffelmire officiating.. Interment in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the C.E.E. Hospital Foundation or Wyoming United Church.
