will be missed by her children John and Sherralyn Hennaert of Sarnia, Dan and Jo-Anne Hennaert of Wyoming, and Mary and John Kucera of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania and her grandchildren Brett Hennaert of Sarnia, Kyle Hennaert of Port Dover, Neil Hennaert and Lorraine Houston and their son Vincent of Calgart, Erin and Jeremy Mcdonald and their daughter Madeline of Brigden, Peter Hennaert and his daughter Jorjia of Calgary, Lauren Hennaert and Gregor Stewart of Bright’s Grove, and Christopher and Lindsay Kucera and their daughter Adelaide of Windsor. She is also survived by a brother Lloyd and his wife Dorothy McCormick, a sister Lavina Gould, and sisters-in-law Jeannie McCormick, Lottie May McCormick, and Mildred Dodge. Lottie was predeceased by her parents Frank and Laura McCormick, her brothers Jack (Mary), Earl (Addie), Earl (Nan), Buster, Ross, Fred (Gladys), and Bill, her sisters Mae (George) Pettit, Dorothy (Roy) Thomas, Lorein (Willis) Emery, and Donna (Harvey) Chalmers, and a brother-in-law Albert Gould. Lottie farmed a hog and cash crop operation at R. R. #1 Wyoming with Peter for many years. Lottie was a agricultural community person and was involved with and is a Past President of the Plympton and Wyoming Agricultural Society. Lottie acted as a 4-H club leader with sewing, an activity she excelled at throughout her life. Lottie also was an avid quilter and hosted weekly education, training and working sessions at her Wyoming home. In retirement with her husband Peter she also traveled and fished from northern Ontario, the east coast, the west coast and even to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico in Texas. Visitors will be received on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wyoming Chapel, 650 Broadway St., Wyoming where a funeral service will be held Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Parkinsons Society Canada (www.parkinson.ca) or Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca). Memories, condolences, and pictures may be shared on-line at www.needhamjay.com. The family would also like to thank all of the staff of Meadowview Villa in Petrolia who gave excellent care to Lottie in the last years of her life.

  • The Hennaert Family, John I met you and your wife a few times when you would bring your Mom to my house for hair cuts. I live around the corner from Mid-Valley. She spoke highly of all her children and loved to talk about her daughters min-pins, because I have a yorkie and she enjoyed his company. Also to Vinna, I miss our visits when you could come for hair dos too. Sorry for your loss, she was a great lady. Take care, Paula
