(Tim) Sandkuhler, Michelle (Jeff) Facchina, Melissa Marriott, Meggan Marriott, Michael (Sherida) Marriott, Kendall Marriott, and Seth Marriott, and her six great grandsons. Verna is survived by her brother John and Bev Gillespie, her sisters Dorothy and Bob Authier, and Fern Baker and Ken Douglas, and her sisters-in-law Marie Bailey and Fern Roberts. She was predeceased by five brothers, Joe, Jim, Gordon, her twin brother Vernon, and Ken. Visitors will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia, where the funeral service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Dr. Robert M. Gibson officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca) or the C.E.E. Hospital Foundation.
