Papa will be missed by his grandchildren Lesley, Matthew, Caulene, David, Natalie, Brianne, Steven, Melissa, Daniel, Aaron, Kaitlyn, and Stan, and eight great grandchildren. Arthur is survived by his sister Vivian Cameron, and was predeceased by his parents William and Elizabeth Armstrong, his sisters Mildred and Hazel, and his brother Maxwell. Arthur was a lifetime member of the Petrolia Lions Club. Visitors will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME, Petrolia, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev.
