Obituary and Life History
Passed away peacefully at C.E.E. Hospital of Bluewater Health, Petrolia on Friday, May 11, 2012. George Henderson, 77 years, of Petrolia. He will be missed by his children Jim and Deb Smith of Petrolia, Ron and Lynda Henderson of Petrolia, Patty Henderson of Sarnia, and Paul and Val Damchuk...
of Petrolia, and his nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He will also be missed by his “sweetheart” Bernice Rotteau. George was predeceased by his parents Albert(1959) and Helen(1955)Henderson, his sister Ilene Graham(2000), and Jim Henderson(2008). George served his country with the Royal Canadian Navy. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the Alvinston Cemetery. Chris Jorgensen officiating. I am so sorry to see that George has passed away. I feel like it wasn't that long ago that I ran into George at Tim's. We had a long conversation reminising about the good old days. My prayers are with you Deb,Ron,Patty and Val..
